ALL Loyalty Programme
General Terms and Conditions related to the partnership with Le Théâtre du Lido, Paris
1) Presentation of the offer
As part of the partnership established between ALL Accor and the Lido Paris, members of the ALL Accor loyalty programme can earn Reward points when purchasing show tickets at the Lido Paris starting from October 2025. When attending the show, each member benefits from dedicated advantages according to their ALL Accor status:
Classic: Priority access via a dedicated queue
Silver: Classic benefits + welcome drink
Gold: Classic and Silver benefits + souvenir program
Platinum: Classic, Silver and Gold benefits + upgrade to the next category*
Diamond: Classic, Silver, Gold and Platinum benefits + guaranteed seating 24/7
*Upgrade subject to availability on the day of the performance.
2) Earning Reward points for show tickets booked with Lido Paris
The General Terms and Conditions of Membership of the ALL Accor loyalty programme remain applicable. To obtain their Reward points, members must:
- Present their ALL Accor card at the entrance of the Lido Paris so that operational teams can record the required information and forward it to ALL Accor; or
- Enter their ALL Accor membership number in the dedicated field of their customer account on the official Lido Paris website. The ALL Accor card must be valid, and the name on it must match the one used when purchasing the ticket. Members must attend the performance in order to earn Reward points.
ALL Accor members earn 1 Reward point per euro spent, calculated on the total pre-tax ticket price. For purchases made in local currency outside the euro zone, the eligible amount is converted into euros according to the exchange rate applicable on the purchase date, as defined by Lido Paris. Only the pre-tax ticket amount qualifies for Reward points. Additional on-site expenses (e.g., drinks, snacks) are excluded.
Eligible tickets must be booked individually by an ALL Accor member via:
- The Lido Theatre customer service,
- The official Lido Paris website: theatredulido.com/fr,
- Or the “heartists” platform dedicated to ALL Accor employees.
Bookings made through travel agencies, including online agencies, are not eligible. Reward points will be credited to the member’s account no later than six (6) weeks after the performance.
3) Claims regarding Reward point accrual
If a member notices that their Reward points have not been credited within a maximum of six (6) weeks after attending an eligible show, they may contact ALL Accor customer service. Claims must be submitted via the contact form, section “Partners”, available at all.accor.com. The member must explain the purpose of the request and provide the required supporting documents. Claims must be submitted within six (6) months following the date of the performance. If the member believes points have been incorrectly credited, they may also request a correction under the same conditions and deadlines.
To receive Reward points, the customer must be an ALL Accor member no later than the day of the performance and must have communicated their ALL Accor membership number. However, a customer who becomes a member after the performance may still obtain Reward points, provided they submit their membership number to ALL Accor customer service within six (6) days of the show date.
The invoice submitted for a claim must be issued exactly in the name of the ALL Accor cardholder.
